Bama is capable of heading, peeling, cooking, steaming, frying and breading shrimp. Our Jonsson peeling machines help us provide a uniform, minimally handled and great eating shrimp. Value added products are often developed through our in house research and development team. Our facility has fully automated breading lines with capabilities of 20,000 pounds per day and produces rounds, butterfly and popcorn shrimp. Oven ready or par fried product can be run through one of our two inline fryers. Any customer specification can be met using one of our two spiral freezers. Custom packing is available and our on site cold storage facility has a holding capacity of 3 million pounds, ensuring efficient distribution of our products.
