Our 100,000 sq ft facility is the most versatile, state-of-the-art shrimp and finfish processing facility in the US with a wide range of capabilities.  We have the experience and machinery to provide solutions for nearly any seafood processing need that arises.  Our meticulous focus on quality and traceability ensures consistency and reliability across all of our services.On the finfish side, we are one of the largest importers of Mahi into the US and maintain major national programs made up of other carefully curated species like Salmon, Yellowtail, and More.

Shrimp Peeling

Whatever the species, the origin or specification – we do it all. Need Jonnson Peeled, Laitram Peeled, or Handpeeled? Farmed or Wild Shrimp? We do Peeled and Deveined Tail Off, Tail On, Butterfly Tail On, and more.

Breading
and Frying

Is there anything better than breaded shrimp? Our automated breading and par-frying lines produce custom formulations of both value-added fish and shrimp. Production includes Gluten Fee, Whole Grain, and Battered fish and shrimp.

Glazing
and Freezing

It sounds simple, but to us it’s food science. Our spiral freezers can efficiently convert your fresh shrimp and finfish into long-lasting, high quality frozen products.

Specialty Packing

We are the Swiss army knife of seafood plants. You won’t find a seafood facility with the versatility of Bama. From 10K OTR to non-breathable IVP packing and more, we can efficiently do it all.

Cutting and
Packing Fish

The fish production area of our facility has both fresh and frozen processing capabilities, including cutting tables, bandsaws, and an automated Marel sorting line for the efficient packing of fish. We can cut, freeze, glaze, and pack fish to your spec with ease. 

Quality Control Services

We are fully GFSI compliant with our SPS certification. We are a HACCP QMP facility, allowing us to pack Grade A, USDC Lot Inspected, and PUFI-Compliant product. We are also a USDA-inspected facility. Whether we are packing product ourselves or for others, our focus on total product quality is unrelenting.
